Pick the level of
involvement.

Every engagement is a fixed monthly scope with one person accountable. No hourly billing, no minimum term past the first 90 days.

What you get

What is inside every engagement.

The same spine runs through all three. What changes is how much of it I run myself and how much your team runs with me watching.

01

Positioning

One sentence your team can repeat, tested on real buyers, written down where everyone can see it.

02

Channel plan

Two or three channels funded properly, the rest stopped, with the reasoning on paper.

03

Budget

A number you can defend to a board, split by bet, reviewed monthly.

04

Team and agencies

Briefs, standards and a review rhythm so the people you already pay start delivering.

05

Reporting

One dashboard, one headline number, same day every month.

06

Handover

A scorecard and a plan for whoever takes this over from me.

The three engagements.

01

Advisory

One day a month. Strategy review, priorities and a standing call for the team running delivery. Best when you already have people, just not the plan.

02

Fractional CMO

Two to three days a week. I own positioning, channel mix, budget and the team end to end, and I sit in your leadership meeting.

03

Launch sprint

Ninety days, fixed. Take a product or a new market to launch, then hand over a system your team can run without me.

In the room

I sit in your
leadership meeting.

Not a monthly report from the outside. On a full engagement I am in the room where the trade-offs get made, with the numbers already read.

That is the difference between a consultant and a Fractional CMO, and it is the whole reason the model works.

Fit

Who this works for,
and who it does not.

Founder-led B2B

Two to twenty million in revenue, selling to businesses, with a sales motion that already works a bit.

A team to point

At least one marketer or an agency. I direct people, I am not a pair of hands for execution.

A real number

Pipeline, revenue or retention. If nobody can name the number, we start there.

Not pre-revenue

Before product-market fit the honest answer is founder-led selling, not a Fractional CMO.

Not a stopgap

If you want someone to hold the seat warm until a full-time hire starts, I will say so on the call.

Not execution only

Ad buying, design and copy stay with your team or your agency, briefed properly by me.

Questions people ask first.

Between two and twelve, depending on the engagement. Advisory is one day a month, a full Fractional CMO engagement is two to three days a week.

Usually not. I brief them properly and hold them to it, which is normally what was missing.

You keep the plan, the reporting and the hiring scorecard for the person who takes over. Handover is part of the work, not an extra.

Two weeks from the first call, and I take two clients at a time, so sometimes there is a wait.

Not sure which one fits?

Tell me where you are and I will say plainly what I would do.
